<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveyer that stably conveys powder regardless of the amount of powder stored, with the required minimum power and in the required minimum time. <P>SOLUTION: The powder conveyer includes: a powder housing part that houses powder and is at least partially deformable; a discharge part that discharges the powder in the powder housing part to the outside; and a delivering member 81 that moves toward the discharge part, while pressing inward a deformable part of the powder housing part, to deliver the powder to the discharge part. The pressing amount of the delivering member 81 is varied according to the amount of powder in the powder housing part.
