PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell separator capable of enhancing the production efficiency of fuel cell separator.SOLUTION: A molding material containing an epoxy resin, a hardener, a hardening accelerator, and graphite particles at a ratio of 70-80 mass% for total amount of solid contents is prepared. The molding material is subjected to heating compression molding in a die, within a range of the heating temperature of 150-190°C, the compression pressure of 1-40 MPa, and the molding time of 10-30 sec, until a molding having a Shore D hardness of 40-80 is formed. The molding is taken out of the die and subjected to heat treatment. |
