The present invention relates to a streetlight for preventing traffic accidents. To this end, the streetlight, which is installed as a road facility, comprises a pole part and a lamp part, wherein the pole part includes a communications device, a flasher, and a switch for operating the flasher. The communications device includes a transmitter, a receiver, and a controller, wherein, when the switch is turned on, the transmitter transmits signals and the receiver receives the signals to operate the flasher of the streetlight for preventing the traffic accidents within a specific area. |
