The present invention relates to a technology for realizing desired colors by using toning ink instead of using a deposition layer when manufacturing a window having patterns formed thereon, in a portable device having a flat display panel such as a mobile phone. To this end, a toning ink layer is formed on one side surface of a UV pattern layer, wherein the toning ink layer can be formed based on mirror ink having metal colors. |
