PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a time lag by using an important word instead of influence degree.SOLUTION: A retrieval keyword is determined based on extraction of a person or dialogue information having an influence on a group of a certain range, dialogue information on a social network is collected, frequency of appearance of a word is counted with respect to the collected dialogue information, and a word that does not usually appear but has a high frequency of recent appearance is extracted as an importance word. An up-to-date important word is retained, the important word and dialogue information having a keyword for specifying the group are extracted, and language understanding, dialogue control, speech sentence preparation, and the like are performed. |
