<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device, along with an electric water heater, capable of detecting and preventing boiling without water at an early stage, even while an outlet for discharging a fluid in a fluid container is opened. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid remaining unit 11 where the fluid remains is provided in the fluid container 10, even if the outlet 15 of the fluid heating device 1 is opened. The overheating in the fluid container 10 is controlled such that the remaining fluid is heated by a heater 12. Also, a temperature rise is early detected by a temperature sensing unit 16a of a safety device 16, and thereby the energization and passing water to the heater 12 are interrupted by the safety device 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
