The optical apparatus has two plate-shaped optical elements (10,20) whose thickness profiles are inverse to each other. The sum of thickness profiles of the optical elements in middle section along displacement axis (14,24) describes a profile corresponding to an isosceles triangle. The inclination of the sides of the triangular profile in the middle section is adjustable by displacement of the optical elements. The thickness profile exhibits a constant positive curvature in one half and a constant negative curvature in other half of the middle section. |
