<p>The invention relates to a cooking device comprising at least one gas burner assembly (1) and gas supply means. The gas burner assembly comprises an outer burner (2), and an inner burner (3) having a cross section which is smaller than a cross section of said outer burner. The burner further comprises a simmer burner (4) having a cross section which is smaller than the cross section of said inner burner (3). The gas supply means are arranged to supply gas in three different modes. A first being the simmer mode, a second being the Asian wok cooking mode using the simmer burner and the inner burner, and a third being the Western wok cooking mode using the simmer burner and the outer burner which is warming the outer part of the bottom of the pan.</p> |
