<p>The invention relates to a toilet bowl (1) having at least one inlet (3) for flushing liquid, an annular flushing channel (4) on an upper edge region of the bowl which is connected to the inlet (3), a siphon (6) in a base region (16) of the bowl and an inside surface (8) which extends substantially between the upper edge region of the bowl and the base region of the siphon (6). At least one flushing channel (9) is provided which is connected by means of the annular flushing channel (4) to the inlet (3) and extends from the annular flushing channel (4) in the direction of the siphon (6). The at least one flushing channel (9) has a channel outlet (10) which opens out of the inside surface (8) into the bowl in a lower bowl region. A flushing system for a toilet comprises a toilet bowl (1) and a flushing liquid supply which has a closable fluid connection to the inlet (3) of the toilet bowl (1).</p> |
