According to an aspect of the present invention, a human body information smart chart system using Internet of Things (IoT) comprises: an IoT sensor which measures a human body status and transmits data; and a smart chart character including a human body anatomical character which displays an internal human body as a graphic image, a communication unit which receives sensing data transmitted from the IoT sensor, a data storage unit which records the sensing data in the human body anatomical character, and a chart control unit having a medical document control module which transmits a saved electronic document as a result of medical treatment through wireless communication. The IoT sensor includes a wearable sensor that people can wear, and a fixed sensor which is fixed on furniture, an automobile or an installed facility.
