The present invention relates to a culture container for cell alignment, which can research cell behavior depending on physical environmental change. The culture container for cell alignment according to the present invention comprises a cell culture surface which induces and controls cell alignment after adhering cells to the cell culture surface, wherein the cell culture surface has a plurality of grooves and protrusions and a cross section thereof has a sine curve shape.
