The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for power delivery and distribution between a ship and a shore power grid. The apparatus delivers surplus power generated in a power generator installed in the ship, to the shore power grid, or supplies the power of the shore power grid to the ship when it is difficult to operate the power generator of the ship or a power load of the ship exceeds a capacity of the power generator of the ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for power delivery and distribution between a ship and a shore power grid comprises: a first switch board which is connected to the power generator of the ship and receives the power generated in the power generator; a second switch board which is connected to a shore power grid and supplies the power generated in the power generator to the shore power grid; a bus-tie which connects the first switch board to the second switch board; and an electrical energy storage system (EES) which is installed between the second switch board and the shore power grid, stores the power generated in the power generator, and supplies the stored power to at least one of the shore power grid and the ship which is moored alongside a wharf.
