Rotation locking device for a clamping nut

The device has a hollow shaft (2) comprising shaft cuttings (28) distributed on the periphery and radially inside an end of the shaft. A clamping nut (6) comprises nut cuttings (68) distributed on the periphery and radially outside an end of the nut, where the nut is screwed inside the shaft. A locking slug (8) is placed in a locking hole (682) formed by the coincidence of one of the shaft cuttings with one of the nut cuttings. The nut has a radially inner face which is smooth and widened in the direction of its free end. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a clamping nut of a bearing outer ring (2) a hollow shaft cooperating with the nut (3) an aircraft engine equipped with a clamping nut rotation locking device.
