The present invention relates to a forging tool (1) for forging brass blanks of roller bearing cages with rough-wrought pockets, consisting of a bottom swage (6) with a bottom form core (3), and a top swage (2) provided with an upper form core (4), which is provided all over its upper circumference with projections (27) and reliefs (28), which are fastened therein and of ejectors (7), wherein the bottom form core (3) has on its edge a peripheral relief (18), which passes over into the bottom (21) and in the circular groove thus created along with the bottom (21), there are fixedly arranged cores (19) with profiled cavities (22) therebetween (22) and the cores (19) have in its center a through hole (20), which follows up with a hole (24) in the bottom swage (6), which in turn follows up with a hole (25) in the bottom section (8) below the bottom swage (6), which is from below provided with a cavity (23). The ejector (7) is situated through said openings (20, 24, 25) as well as through the cavity (23) and the reliefs (28) on the upper form core (4) of the top swage (2) are arranged opposite to the bottom swage (6) form cores (19). |
