The present invention relates to a teeth model generation method for simulating in a dental procedure and, more specifically, to a technology relating to three-dimensional teeth model generation by following steps: generating a three-dimensional head image based on tomographic image data of head; adjusting a three-dimensional oral cavity surface model and the three-dimensional head image by using a three-dimensional pointer; obtaining a three-dimensional teeth crown model by extracting each tooth from the adjusted three-dimensional oral cavity surface model; extracting each teeth area by applying a method of extracting a considering area from the three-dimensional head image to generate a three-dimensional teeth volume model; and synchronizing coordination of the three-dimensional teeth crown model and the three-dimensional teeth volume model.
