The present invention relates to a body information smart chart system using internet of things and a health care method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the body information smart chart system using internet of things comprises an internet-of-things sensor and a smart character chart. The internet-of-things sensor measures a body condition and transmits data. The smart character chart includes: an anatomical character which displays an inner part of a human body with graphics; a chart communication unit which receives sensing data transmitted from the internet-of-things sensor; a data storage unit which records the sensing data on the anatomical character; a sensing notification unit which displays a measurement progress while the measurement is progressed by the internet-of-things sensor; and a chart control unit which records a result measured by the internet-of-things sensor on the anatomical character.
