According to an aspect of the present invention, a healthcare method using a smart chart comprises: a sensing step which measures a human body status by using an Internet of Things (IoT) sensor; a data transmission step which transmits sensed data to a smart mobile device; an assessment step which checks out whether there is an abnormality by comparing data transmitted from the IoT sensor to data within a normal range; and a detailed display step which enlarges an image of a human organ where an abnormality is found and displays the image on a smart mobile device screen.
