A rotating motor comprises: a rotor (38), a stator core (1), an insulating portion (3), and a coil. The stator core (1) includes a plurality of core back portions (1b) and a tooth portion (1a). The cross-sections of the core back portions (1b) are curved. The core back portions are connected into a ring around the rotor (38). The tooth portion (1a) is formed vertically from the rotor (38) of the core back portions (1b). The cross-section of the insulating portion (3) has a curved shape and is arranged at the rotor (38) side of the core back portions (1b). The coil is formed by winding on a region including the tooth portion (1a). The region is formed by the insulating portion (3) stator side, the insulating portion (3) rotor (38) side and a segment connecting both ends of the insulating portion (3). |
