<p>A tube-sealing, bag-making and filling machine comprising a rack (1), two tube feeding devices (3), two bag body feeding devices (4), two heat-sealing devices (5), two filling devices (6), two sealing devices (7), two bag withdrawing devices (8) and a transmission device (2). The transmission device (2) comprises a transmitting chain (21), on which a plurality of hanging panels (12) are arranged in equal intervals and each of the hanging panels (12) is provided with an opening (10). It is characterized in that each of the hanging panels (12) is hinged with the transmitting chain (21) on one side; an advancing path (2101) and a return path (2102) of the transmitting chain (21) are each provided with, in sequential order, a tube feeding position (221), a bag body feeding position (222), a heat-sealing position (223), a filling position (224), a sealing position (225) and a bag withdrawing position (226), with the devices arranged in their corresponding positions; a first turning mechanism is disposed between the tube feeding position (221) and the bag body feeding position (222); a second turning mechanism is disposed between the heat-sealing position (223) and the filling position (224); a hanging panel slot (15) capable of maintaining the hanging panels (12) in an upright position is disposed between the first turning mechanism and the second turning mechanism. The present invention combines the production of packing bags and filling of materials, and has a simple and compact structure, low space occupation and a low machine failure rate.</p> |
