The present invention relates to a flare bolt for testing a leakage of the refrigerant pipe of an air conditioner to be combined with a flare nut which has a hollow hole, has a screw thread on the inner circumference, and is combined with a flare nut to come in contact with an end of the refrigerant pipe of which one end expands to be tapered, wherein one end of the inner circumference of the flare nut contracts inward to be tapered. The flare bolt comprises: a combining unit which has a cylindrical shape, and has a screw thread on the outer circumference in order to be combined with the flare nut by being inserted into the hollow hole; a tilting unit which is extended from one side of the combining unit, has a taper shape having a diameter becoming smaller from the edge to the central part in order to correspond to a tapered end of the inner circumference of the flare nut, and has a groove at the center; a rubber packing which is arranged between a tapered end of the refrigerant pipe and the tilting unit in order to seal an end of the refrigerant pipe and is partially inserted into the groove and is combined with the tilting unit to be attached and detached; and a tightening unit which is extended from the other side of the combining unit in order to combine the combining unit with the flare nut by rotation. The present invention allows the test on a leakage of the refrigerant pipe by sealing the refrigerant pipe of high and low pressures without a welding process by combining the flare bolt with the flare nut. Thereby the present invention reduces material loss, shortens a construction period, and improves safety by reducing high place work. |
