Disclosed is a thermokeeping filler. A web is formed by opening, carding, and laminating a fiber assembly composed of: at least one sort of 50-80 wt% of superfine fibers which are less than or equal to 1 D and are selected from the group comprising a polyester filament and an acrylic filament; and other filaments. After bonding the web by heat, the heat-bonded web is laminated by cross-lapping in an X shape within the range of 30-90 degree, wherein the other filaments contains 5-35 wt% of low melting point filaments with respect to the total weight of the thermokeeping filler. Provided is a thermokeeping filler with excellent bulky properties and conformational stability of a product by setting the orientation of the fiber in an MD and a CD direction, wherein the fiber makes up a fiber body in a X-shaped cross lapping type Rather than Lamination by folding heat bonded fiber body.
