The present invention relates to a boxing training apparatus enabling comprehensive training in the harmony of attack and defense. The apparatus includes: a strike training means which senses whether a trainee punches and hits a hitting target; a defense training means which applies a punching object to the trainee to sense whether the trainee avoids the punching object by taking a defense movement; and a control unit which controls the operation of the hitting training means and the defense training means and calculates a score according to sensing signals from the hitting training means and the defense training means. The present invention can efficiently enhance the boxing skills by enabling the defense training of avoiding the punch of the other as well as the attack training. |
