<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device in a reduced space capable of stably inflating and deploying a cushion part. <P>SOLUTION: A typical structure of the curtain airbag device 100 includes an inflator 110 that generates gas for inflating and deploying an airbag, a cushion part 130 having a chamber 130b and a duct 130a for introducing the gas into the chamber 130b, and a deflector 150 mounted to the inflator 110 for guiding gas to the cushion part 130. The duct 130a has an introduction hole 130c for introducing the gas. The deflector 150 is connected to the introduction hole 130c for guiding the gas.
