摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce the construction cost and a running cost of a waste power generation system using the combustion heat of a garbage incinerator or the like while improving exhaust heat recovery efficiency and power generation efficiency in the power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The waste power generation system includes: a first heat exchanger which recovers the combustion heat of the incinerator using liquid causing no phase change at a high temperature as a heat medium; a first intermediate heat exchanger which heats a low-boiling point heat medium for turbine operation by the heat of the heat medium from the first heat exchanger; a first turbine power generation unit which generates electricity using the heat medium from the first intermediate heat exchanger as a heat medium for operation; a second heat exchanger which recovers the heat of exhaust gas downstream of a purification treatment device using the liquid causing no phase change at a high temperature as a heat medium; a second intermediate heat exchanger which heats the low-boiling point heat medium for turbine operation by the heat of the heat medium from the second heat exchanger; and a second turbine power generation unit which generates electricity using the heat medium from the second intermediate heat exchanger as a heat medium for operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
