<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ebullient cooling device that uses a reduced amount of refrigerant compared with the related art with a relatively simple configuration, cools a heating element sufficiently even when the ebullient cooling device is located at a positive position or a rotated position, and facilitates circulation of heating and coagulation of a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: The ebullient cooling device includes: a cooling tank 6 formed in a hexahedron; a square-shaped reinforcing member 3 disposed inside the cooling tank and dividing the inside of the cooling tank into two rooms; the heating element 10 disposed on a surface of the outside of the cooling tank; heat radiation parts 1 and 2 disposed at an upper part and lower part on the surface outside the cooling tank; and the refrigerant 7 flowing into the outside one of the two rooms inside the cooling tank.
