<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately sterilize a bottle in an inline system. <P>SOLUTION: While continuously running a preform (1), the preform is preheated, then hydrogen peroxide mist (K) or gas is blown into the preheated preform, further, the preform is heated to a molding temperature, the preform that reaches the molding temperature is molded into a vessel (2) inside a blow molding mold (4) that runs continuously likewise, the vessel is taken out of the blow molding mold and, while continuously running, a beverage is filled into the vessel and the vessel is sealed airtight by using a lid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
