<p>The invention provides a seat for a vehicle. The seat for a vehicle can prevent a foot laying part from being an obstruction when a seat cushion is in an upturned state. In the seat (10) for a vehicle, a connecting rod part (104) which is a constituent part of a linkage mechanism (100) is suspended between a base seat part (16) which supports the seat cushion (12) and the foot laying part (18), and the foot laying part (18) is linked with upturning movement of the seat cushion (12) and therefore rotates to a lower surface side of the seat cushion. And therefore the foot laying part can be prevented from being an obstruction when the seat cushion is in an upturned state. Because the rotation of the foot laying part is linked with the upturning movement of the seat cushion, and therefore the seat for a vehicle is advantaged by great operability.</p> |
