Double locking buckle

Disclosed is a double locking buckle. The double locking buckle includes a plug member (100) having a pair of lock arms (105) and a locking rod (110) provided between the lock arms and a socket member (200) having locking parts (215) in a chamber (205) with which the lock arms are locked. A locking unit (111) is provided at the front end of the locking rod (110), and the socket member is provided at the center thereof with a guide groove (210) coupled with the locking rod and a locking protrusion (212) coupled with the locking unit.
