<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition film laminated film of a fluorine-modified carbon-containing organic silicon compound of a low cost which has good water repellency, mold releasability, and oil resistance, is uniform, non-transferable, and stable, and is reduced in environmental load and a method for producing the laminated film. <P>SOLUTION: In the vapor deposition film laminated film which is obtained by forming the vapor deposition film of the fluorine-modified carbon-containing organic silicon compound on a plastic base material and has water repellency and mold releasability by plasma chemical vapor phase deposition (PE-CVD method) and the method for producing the laminated film, a composition in which at least one kind of gas of oxygen and nitrogen is mixed with a fluorocarbon and an organic silicone, while the plastic base material is cooled/held at a temperature of Tg or below, is subjected to plasma chemical vapor phase deposition, and the vapor deposition film of the fluorine-modified carbon-containing organic silicon compound is formed on the plastic base material, so that at a high speed, the laminated film which has a water contact angle of at least 90°C and is excellent in water repellency and mold releasability, and is also provided with oil resistance can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
