<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi (multi-spindle) drawing machine enabling continuously and stably producing ultrafine filaments from original filaments of any thermoplastic polymer on multi spindles even up to nanofilaments with a simple means without requiring a special, high accuracy and high-level apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi (multi-spindle) drawing machine in which the original filament 1 is supplied to an orifice 2 at P1 atmospheric pressure and heated with a carbon dioxide laser beam 4 right under an orifice at P2 atmospheric pressure (P1>P2), the ultrafine filaments are produced from multi-spindle (multi) original filaments by using a laser-beam fairing element 5, a polygon mirror, a galvanometer mirror or a parallel mirror, a collecting guide etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
