<p>Embodiments of the present invention relate to a system and method for determining a physiologic parameter of a patient. Specifically, embodiments of the present invention include methods and systems for correcting a pulse oximetry plethysmographic waveform variability measurement based on parameters that may influence the waveform variability. The corrected measurement may be used to estimate intravascular blood volume and/or fluid responsiveness of a patient.</p> |
