Disclosed are an ice blocking device for seawater suction and a vessel or an offshore structure including same. The ice blocking device for seawater suction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an ice chest part which is provided in a hull and has inlet holes for filtering ice pieces to allow seawater having ice pieces to flow thereinto; and multiple baffle zone parts which are prepared on the inner space of the hull corresponding to the ice chest part and have baffles for filtering the ice pieces passing through the inlet holes. Therefore, the ice blocking device for seawater suction protects a pump circulation system by filtering or removing the ice pieces when the seawater mixed with the ice pieces flows thereinto.
