Disclosed are an apparatus for charging and discharging a secondary battery, which allows a charge-discharge experiment for a plurality of secondary batteries to be carried out at the same time, and a jig for fixing an electrode tab, which can fixate electrode tabs provided to the secondary batteries by a simple operation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the jig for fixing an electrode tab comprises: a first pressurization block; a pressurization block control unit connected to the first pressurization block to move the first pressurization block in a vertical direction; a second pressurization block which is placed at a lower side of the first pressurization block and moves in a downward direction as the first pressurization block moves in a downward direction; a lower surface plate arranged at a lower side of the first pressurization block and the second pressurization block; and a guide rod which is connected to the lower surface plate by penetrating the first pressurization block and the second pressurization block, and guides the vertical movement of the first pressurization block and the second pressurization block.
