The present invention relates to an industrial safety uniform and, specifically, to an industrial safety uniform with a silicone polymer having flame retardancy applied to the outer surface thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an industrial safety uniform having flame-retardant and air-permeable functions which is manufactured by bonding a silicone polymer solution onto the outer surface of a fabric made of aramid yarns or a non-woven fabric made of carbon fibers, and heating and hardening the same, wherein a silicone polymer is attached and bonded only to the surface of yarns constituting the fabric and the surface of yarns constituting the non-woven fabric, except for through-holes formed on the fabric or the non-woven fabric. In addition, the silicone polymer desirably contains: 70-80 wt% of a main agent consisting of silicon in the form of polysiloxane, to which vinyl groups and hydrogen atoms are individually bonded; 10-30 wt% of an inorganic flame-retardant auxiliary agent; 3-10 wt% of a curing agent; and 0.1-1 wt% of a curing accelerator. Therefore, the present invention can provide a comfortable uniform having sufficient flame retardancy, since the silicone polymer is applied thereonto, and air permeability. |
