An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes an irradiation position obtaining unit (70,57,76) arranged to obtain analysis result data based on a tomographic image of a patient's fundus captured by an optical coherence tomography device (10) before a treatment laser beam is irradiated, and obtain information of an irradiation position of the treatment laser beam with respect to the fundus set by use of the obtained analysis result data, and a laser control unit (70) arranged to irradiate the laser beam to the fundus of an eye based on the irradiation position information obtained by the irradiation position obtaining unit. |
