<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire change reception pedestal allowing a tire to be easily and safely changed. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting part 30 including a pair of rollers 36 is rotatably mounted on a support part 20 by cam plates 26 mounted to a cam shaft 25 including an intermittent rotation stop mechanism arranged on the support part 20. The mounting part arranged on the upward-U-shaped support part 20 includes the pair of rollers for rotatably holding a tire, and upper surfaces 34, 34' on which the tire continuously rolls through the rollers; the other-end side of the mounting part is rotatably connected to the support part; and the cam plates 26 slidably contacting the back face of the upper surface 34 on one-end side of the mounting part 30 to vertically move the one-end side of the mounting part is arranged on the cam shaft.
