PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that produces an organic metal compound carrier at high production efficiency, and a container for use in the same.SOLUTION: An organic metal compound and a supporter are introduced in a container 1 that includes a container body 10 having a relatively high thermal conductivity and a removal promoting member 20 having a relatively low thermal conductivity that is detachably attached on a part of the inner surface of the container body 10. The container 1 is heated to fuse the organic metal compound and then cooled to obtain an organic metal compound carrier. The organic metal compound carrier is taken out of the container 1 after eliminating the removal promoting member 20, or is taken out of the container 1 together with the removal promoting member 20. |
