PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery heating system for a hybrid vehicle that enables efficient warming of a battery by using air that has passed through an area around an engine.SOLUTION: A battery heating system for a hybrid vehicle that has an engine 7, an air blowing section 9a for sending air to the engine and a battery 13 for driving a traveling motor 15 includes: a waste heat introduction passage 25 for guiding air that has been sent by the air blowing section and has passed through an area around the engine to an area around the battery; and a return passage 27 for returning air that has passed through the area around the battery to the windward side in the air blowing direction of the engine. This configuration allows the battery 13 to be efficiently warmed by circulation of the air reheated by heat of the engine. |
