PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an imaging lens that has the entire length of a lens reduced and an imaging apparatus having the same.SOLUTION: An imaging lens is substantially composed of six lenses from an object side in order, a first lens L1 having positive refractive power and facing a convex face at an object side, a second lens L2 having negative refractive power and facing a concave face at an object side, a third lens L3 having positive refractive power, a fourth lens L4 having negative refractive power, a fifth lens L5 having positive refractive power and facing a convex face at an object side, and a sixth lens L6 having negative refractive power, and satisfies a predetermined conditional expression. |
