PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive rise in air spring pressure in a pressure adjuster and a height adjuster of a rolling stock.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a left differential pressure valve 51 that opens when the pressure P2 of a second passage 12 communicating with a right air spring 2 exceeds a preset differential pressure with respect to the pressure P1 of a first passage 11 communicating with a left air spring 1 to make the first passage 11 communicate with the second passage 12, a right differential pressure valve 52 that opens when the pressure P1 of the first passage 11 exceeds a preset differential pressure with respect to the pressure P2 of the second passage 12 to make the second passage 12 communicate with the first passage 11, a first relief valve 31 that opens when the pressure P1 of the first passage 11 reaches a predetermined pressure to exhaust compressed air out of the first passage 11, and a second relief valve 32 that opens when the pressure P2 of the second passage 12 reaches a predetermined pressure to exhaust compressed air out of the second passage 12. |
