PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a structure for producing molds, in which method pressing force can be exerted appropriately on the outer peripheral surface of a joined body.SOLUTION: The method for producing the structure for producing molds, which structure has a pattern formation surface on which a rugged pattern for imprints is formed, comprises: a joining step of opposing the joint surface of a first tabular body to that of a second tabular body and joining the first tabular body to the second tabular body to obtain the joined body; and a level difference removal step of removing a level difference on the outer peripheral surface of the joined body. |
