PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery device and a content delivery system with which it is possible to make the advertisement displayed along with a content varied depending on viewers.SOLUTION: A content delivery system 100 comprises: a content request reception unit 11 for receiving a request for video content from a terminal 8 connected via a communication network N; an individual information acquisition unit 13 for acquiring, from the terminal 8, individual information that is at least one of terminal information and user information; an advertisement data selection unit 16 for selecting, on the basis of the acquired individual information, advertisement data from a plurality of advertisement data corresponding to the video content by referring to advertisement related information correlated to the advertisement data; and a content transmission unit 19 for transmitting the video content and the advertisement data to the terminal 8 so that the selected advertisement data is displayed on the terminal 8 integrally with the video content in some region of the video content. |
