PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optic fiber coating resin composition superior in flame resistance, low smoking and flexibility of an optical fiber cable.SOLUTION: The optic fiber coating resin composition includes: a vinyl chloride resin (A); and a chlorinated paraffin (B). The optical fiber cable includes: an optic fiber; and a coating layer of the optic fiber coating resin composition over the circumference of the optic fiber. The sensor includes the optical fiber cable.
