摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for quantitatively determining a specimen in a short time and with high sensitivity, and preferably at a countable level.SOLUTION: A device used for quantitative determination includes: a first base plate; a second base plate bonded to the first base plate; a flow channel formed on a bond surface between the first and second base plates and communicating with the outsides of the first and second base plates; a specific binding substance immobilization region which is a partial area of the flow channel and in which a first specific binding substance specifically bound to a specimen is immobilized. The flow channel has a height of 10 nm to 10 μm, and the specific binding substance immobilization region has a length of 1 μm to 10 cm. A method for quantitatively determining a specimen includes: causing a sample to flow through the flow channel and bind a specimen in the sample to the first specific binding substance; after cleaning, circulating a second labelled specific binding substance to be bound to the specimen through the flow channel to thereby bind the specimen bound to the first specific binding substance to the second specific binding substance; and, after cleaning, quantitatively determining the label bound to the specimen.
