PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify accurately a propagation path of a test signal which is a noise for the test.SOLUTION: A noise detector has a constitution in which a detection probe 5 and an oscilloscope 6 for detecting intensity of an electromagnetic field generated from a sample apparatus 1 are provide at every time of application of a test signal, and each electromagnetic field intensity detected by the detection probe 5 and the oscilloscope 6 is averaged by a data processing part 9. |
