PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear holder fitting jig capable of improving workability when fitting a rear holder to a connector housing.SOLUTION: A rear holder fitting jig 1 includes: a housing holding mechanism 20 which holds a connector housing 100 while a first divided body 210 configuring a rear holder 200 is fitted with the connector housing 100; a holder holding mechanism 30 which holds a second divided body 220 configuring the rear holder 200 integrally with the first divided body 210, at a position where a holder side locking portion 224 opposes to a housing side locking portion 104 in a fitting direction; a converting mechanism 40 which converts the rotary motion of a lever 41 into linear motion moving the housing holding mechanism 20 and the holder holding mechanism 30 close to each other; and a reaction force receiving member 50 which abuts on the holder side locking portion 224 of the second divided body 220, and receives the reaction force of fitting force fitting and locking the second divided body 220 with the connector housing 100. |
