PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of suppressing generation of a heat spot and shortening the drawing distance of an operation button arranged in an outer sheath or the like and a flexible printed board of a display device.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a first substrate on which a connector and an electrical element are mounted; a second substrate connected to the connector; a heat conduction member in which an opening inserting the second substrate thereinto is formed; and a holding member which holds the first substrate and the thermal conduction member so that a predetermined space is formed between the thermal conduction member and the electrical element.
