PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an interested medical image and a plurality of other medical images having the same conditions as conditions of the interested medical image to be displayed side-by-side and to support determination related to the plurality of medical images.SOLUTION: A medical image display device comprises: storage means; first selection means; conditions determination means; search means; and first display processing means. The storage means stores medical image data and a plurality of kinds of incidental information. The first selection means selects first medical image data from the medical image data stored. The conditions determination means obtains classification conditions corresponding to a first axial direction and classification conditions corresponding to a second axial direction on the basis of a plurality of kinds of incidental information of the first medical image data. The search means searches the medical image data on the basis of the classification conditions. The first display processing means displays the first medical image data in a first display area, classifies the medical image data searched into the first axial direction and the second axial direction and displays the medical image data classified in a second display area.
