The present invention relates to a two-fluid mixing nozzle which mixes and sprays a cutting oil and compressed air in a machine tool or a cutting machine, such as a CNC. The two-fluid mixing nozzle according to the present invention is characterized in that a spraying surface (11) of a nozzle body (10) is inclined to be perpendicular to the spraying angle (a) of a gas-liquid mixed fluid sprayed onto a processed part of a workpiece (100) from a spraying hole (31) of a nozzle cap (30), a pocket (12) is perforated at the center of the spraying surface (11) of the nozzle body (10), a supply hole of compressed air (13) and a supply hole of liquid (14) are connected to each other, and a mixing guide member (20) and the nozzle cap (30) are mounted on the pocket (12), and multiple leading grooves (22) are formed on the circumference of a crown-shaped part (21) of the mixing guide member (20), so liquid supplied to the inside of the crown-shaped part (21) through the leading grooves (22) is mixed with the compressed air sprayed from a discharge tube part (23) of the crown-shaped part (21) and the gas-liquid mixed fluid is sprayed outside through the spraying hole (31) of the nozzle cap (30). |
