PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing procedure evaluation device that can automatically and objectively evaluate a ligation force by suture, and can greatly improve a training effect of a suturing procedure.SOLUTION: A suturing procedure evaluation device 100 for evaluating a suturing procedure made to a simulation body W which imitates a part of a human body, includes: a camera 4 that images at least a suturing region where suture has been performed in the simulation body W; and a ligation force evaluation unit 55 that evaluates a ligation force by the suture on the basis of image data imaged by the camera 4.
